What This Guarantee Covers
We guarantee that your product will be free from internal mechanical, hardware, electrical, or software manufacturing defects for exactly 90 days from the date of official delivery to your door.
If an internal technical malfunction, hardware component failure, or workmanship flaw occurs within this initial 90-day window during normal, intended household use, we will coordinate a free replacement exchange.
What Is Strictly Excluded
To protect our startup from product abuse, accidental damage, or fraudulent claims, this guarantee does not cover:
- Accidental physical damage (dropping the item, structural impacts, shattered exterior pieces, scratches, or cosmetic wear from household handling).
- Damage caused by household liquids, moisture exposure, extreme heat, fire, or outdoor elements.
- Any product that has been opened, modified, altered, or repaired by anyone outside of our team.
- Any issues reported past the strict 90-day delivery window.
Transit Damage vs. Defects: If your package arrives physically broken straight out of the delivery box, this does not fall under our hardware guarantee. Instead, please follow our Refund Policy guidelines and contact us within 3 days of delivery using the subject line Damage Claim - [Your Order Number] so we can handle a transit carrier claim.
How to Submit a Claim
If you experience a legitimate manufacturing component failure within your 90-day coverage window, please follow these steps to file an evaluation request:

- Provide a detailed description of the hardware or technical issue you are experiencing.
- Attach clear photos or a brief video clip demonstrating the technical failure or malfunction.
Guarantee Remedies
Once our team reviews your submission and verifies a covered manufacturing defect, we will, at our sole discretion, execute one of the following remedies:
- Replace the item with a refurbished, reconditioned, or brand-new replacement product completely free of charge, depending on our available inventory.
- Issue a store credit or a full financial refund if the specific item or model is out of stock or completely discontinued.
