Pre-Order Cancellations

We understand that plans can change. You may cancel your pre-order at any time before it ships for a full refund. To cancel, please contact us at support@hibesties.com with your order number.

Returns After Delivery

Once you receive your order, you have a 14-day window to decide if it’s right for you.

• Eligibility: Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

• Process: To start a return, email support@hibesties.com within 14 days of delivery.

• Shipping: Please note that once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled; however, you may follow the return process once the package arrives.

Refund Timing

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement, depending on your financial provider.
